One trend is so-called “unmanned self storage,” where customers can conveniently book, pay and get access data online around the clock. However, personal consultation on site is of course still possible.

Fittingly, many providers also allow their customers to manage their storage boxes independently. So if more or less space is needed, changes can be conveniently managed and the size of the storage space is flexibly adjusted.
