Datatrain combines the development of optimal business processes with the provision of secure SAP-integrated applications.

In 1999, Datatrain started with the first add-ons for SAP systems. Today, we operate a shared service platform to cost-effectively equip real estate companies with SAP-integrated solutions that will last tomorrow.

In addition to our own solutions, we integrate innovative proptech applications into our customers’ SAP systems via suitable API sets. These include, for example, apps for prospect management, service provider control, or keyless door access. Many other integration scenarios are conceivable and in some cases in preparation, such as for energy suppliers, metering service providers or messenger-based tenant communication. The interaction of the applications enables fully integrated automation of all business processes involved.

The central component of our open platform solution is Datatrain’s API hub, which forms the bridge between the ERP system and third-party providers. The “interface hub” allows proptech applications to dovetail with SAP ERP processes while ensuring master data sovereignty and data security for our customers. For this purpose, we provide – shared or individually – high-performance API sets and cloud services.
