The digital concierge automatically compiles information and services and visualizes them clearly in an app (24 hours a day, 365 days a year), while the on-site concierge can also be reached personally for some time during the day.
Another trend in the industry is chat bots, which are designed to improve communication between users and service providers and also increase accessibility. This is intended to improve the telephone hotline and customer support in order to provide a better service experience.
